Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at edel@tastemaker.ie within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return To initiate a return, email us at edel@tastemaker.ie with your order number, you must include a reason for the return on a note. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare products unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will review and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
